Application

Documentation
If you qualify, OTR can begin preparing necessary court documentation. This process may take up to 3-5 business days after initial request.
Approval Period
Once your documentation is sent to the correct county or state officials and reviewed, it is then passed for Judge's approval. OTR will not begin any case that will obviously be turned down.
This period will take 2-6 weeks.

Expungement of a felony does not restore firearm rights. A Governor pardon will only restore those rights.
